NOTICE OF HOTEL CLOSURE:

Dear Valued Guests,

Greetings, I hope this letter finds you and your family well. It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the Williamsburg Hospitality House is closing its doors on May 31st. Our final full day of operation will be May 30th.The College of William & Mary has purchased the hotel and will be transitioning the building from its current state into student housing. Their plan is to prep the facility over the summer, and reopen the facility to welcome students in the fall of 2013.

The closure will cause a cascade of emotions for our family, both internal and external. Please know that through our closing we will continue to serve you as we always have: as the valued member of our family that you are. We have committed to remain here at your service in the coming months. As with all unexpected changes, we understand that you will have questions. We will be sharing information as we receive it and we will communicate via all methods available.

You can also call them at 888-882-4156. We have also generated a webpage allowing you to see the entire 1859 Historic Hotels portfolio if you would like to reserve rooms with our sister properties. We hope to provide you with discounts, where available, across the brand. We hope you will visit our sister properties and see them as we see you: family.
